Our Services
At Quality Outsource Design we specialise in web design, HTML/CSS conversion and associated CMS technologies such as Wordpress and Joomla. We do not currently offer custom code development (eg PHP, Ruby on Rails) as many of our clients do this onshore themselves or have preferred partners. We prefer to stick to what we're good at and intend to build a solid reputation in design before looking to offer additional services. That said a lot of our clients are interested in SEO and so we have now partnered with who we believe to be the best SEO company out there (and get our clients discounted rates). A lot of outsource companies have complex pricing schemes and introduce hidden costs such as project managers and stealth taxes. With us it's simple, it's a flat rate of $15 a hour for the designer and once the project is setup you communicate directly with him (via email or basecamp which ever you prefer). We've found direct contact the best way but we provide a UK contact should you have any issues.
As a company we're headquartered in the UK and our designers are based in the Philippines. We chose the Philippines as we thought the designers there produced the best designs for their wages, speak excellent english and have a healthy work/life attitude (we believe people rarely produce their best work if they're forced to stay at work 14 hours a day). Part of the advantage of this setup is you always have a UK contact to talk if you feel things aren't going well although not one client has required this since we started business.
