About Quality Outsource Design
We're an outsource agency with a difference. We realise a lot of agencies say that but we really mean it. First of all we're small and agile, and we intend to stay that way. To us becoming big doesn't mean success, instead we judge ourselves on quality of work and client satisfaction. This ties us in very close with the 37 signals and 4 hour work week ethos and many of clients align closely with this. Not all clients have heard of these companies though - we've gained many clients for our honest, no-fuss approach to our work.
We believe our staff are the best value you will find. We're not playing in the $5-$10 ballpark (we charge $15/hour) but then our staff are quicker at producing the work and produce to a higher standard. To put this in context we find our staff, they can't apply for a job here, and we typically see and test 100 people before deciding on a new hire. And our client appreciate this too - without doubt the most common feedback we receive is the standard and speed to which we produce work. Many who have experience with other outsource agencies find working with us a refreshing experience.
We also avoid unethical practices that a lot of outsource agencies are involved in. We never under-estimate a projects delivery time just to get your business and then keep you hanging for weeks whilst it's finished off (and the price escalates). To be specific 70% of the time we're on or under estimate, 20% we're within 5% of our estimate and 10% we're within 10% of our estimate.
